Once we have an idea, it is prudent to analyze the potential and the feasibility of the idea.

Some (the actual details of the process are retained for proprietary analysis only) of the fundamental questions that need to be answered are:

• Is it simple to define the functionality required? What's the User Experience goal?
• Are there competitors in the category yet? How will this app and its experience compare?
• Is there an addictive element to its use?
• Is the app core technology extendible into other areas?
