In a study I completed in the summer of 2006, 187 business executives provided insights into the role of mobile phones in their jobs. I asked about the need for dual-mode (WiFi and cellular) devices and whether it would, in their minds, improve the service coverage. Here's how the executives, management, finance and administrative types answered the question:
