Participants in our research on Email and Business Applications were asked to describe their most valuable email and the cost to the business if that message had not arrived. $50,000 It was the SOW for a project that we had to kick off immediatley for fiscal reasons. If the SOW didn't get into the procuremnet system, we'd miss the cycle, and the project wouldn't get funding.
