Some of our survey respondents gave their views on ‘What advice would you give a peer contemplating investment in video conferencing capabilities?’

First thought is to stay away from ISDN.  Second is to have a solid IP network capable of supporting QoS for your video streams.  Third is to purchase your own MCU.  Fourth is to have an educated staff to manage this environment.  And last is choice the right partner for you equipment.  We've had great success with Polycom.
