Some of our survey respondents gave their views on ‘What advice would you give a peer contemplating investment in video conferencing capabilities?’

Build the capablilities based on proposed utilization. While you may own the equipment always try and use bandwidth on a shared mode and where possible work with service provider to give you temporary bandwidth and pay on a usage basis.
