Participants in our research on Email and Business Applications were asked to describe their most valuable email and the cost to the business if that message had not arrived.

$286,000

All of our invoices are sent as PDF attachements to e--mails. Hard to say that it would be the momentary damages of the not receiving it as the balance carry forward would highlight the missing invoice at a later time.
