Participants in our research on Email and Business Applications were asked to describe their most valuable email and the cost to the business if that message had not arrived.$1,000,000 I am the customer marketing manager. My keeping in touch with customers is my position. I have been able to increase customer satisfaction by various email processes. A happy customer is the most profitable customer and repeat customer.
