Our study of the value of video communications is reviewed in the context of the executive video communications system. The users of these personal productivity systems and services exhibit significantly higher satisfaction and productivity.

Users of executive video communications units are more personally invested in the use of video communications services. They are willing to pay a 25-35% premium for video sessions than others when substituting video for audio conferences or web conferences. As well, the video communications using executive gets visual confirmation that customers are satisfied and 29% more claim to have very satisfied customers.

As well, because users of executive video communications systems are able to avoid travel they are more productive and have 29% higher revenue per employee. Clearly, executive video communications systems are particularly important in any enterprise communications and collaboration strategy.
