Key findings:

  • Polycom users are willing to paying 44% and 36% more then others to attend an HD video session than an audio or a web conference
  • Polycom users are willing to pay 25% more to attend an 8-hour HD video session as a substitute for a week-long trip than others
  • 25% more Polycom users are very satised with their video conferencing experience
