Information We Collect
Billboard TV is a display companion app that receives content from the Billboard iPad app via iCloud. We collect: Device preferences – Display settings and billboard playback configurations stored locally on your Apple TV and iCloud sync data – Billboard content (images, videos, text, schedules) synced from your iPad via your personal iCloud account.
We do not collect personal account information on Apple TV (managed via Say It On Billboard iPad app), payment information (subscriptions managed via Apple and Say It On Billboard app) or analytics or tracking data from the TV app.
How We Use Information
– Display your billboard content on Apple TV
– Sync settings and content via your iCloud account
– Store display preferences locally on your device
Data Storage
– All billboard content is stored in your private iCloud account
– Display preferences are stored locally on your Apple TV
– We do not store your data on external servers
Sharing Information
We do not share your information except:
– When legally required by law enforcement
– To prevent harm or protect platform integrity
– To address fraud or security issues
Your Control
– Delete content by removing it from the iPad app
– Clear local data by deleting the Billboard TV app
– Manage iCloud sync in your device settings
Children’s Privacy
Billboard TV is not directed at children under 13. Users must be old enough to consent to data processing in their jurisdiction.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the Say It On Billboard iPad app.
